Another letter now from Debt Recovery Plus with the offer to pay parking charge by installments, as they have recommended court action to Parking Eye to recover the amount outstanding, quoting Beavis v Parking Eye Supreme Court case.
Letter arrived on the 4th, and they have said if they haven't received full payment or installment by 6th, the creditors solicitor may start court action.
File again ?

"May start Court action" is the operative word. Note they don't use "Will".

If it's getting on your nerves you could consider writing to DRP to remind them that POFA does not apply in Scotland, as their own letters say, and therefore you, as the keeper cannot be liable for the charge and they should look to the driver. You could also add that the letters could be considered harassment as you have no liability for the debt.

Hi Chalkyman, I have received an identical letter to yours today, have filed it, noting the "May" not "will" line.
Keeping an eye out here but not doing anything else. Good luck.
