  • Parking Eye charges - What next? Should I appeal to POPLA?

    I'm in the same boat Parking swine also sent me the same letter for over staying 30 mins in a free retail car park.

    I also want to dispute bit need to put the correct words in the appeal letter to them. No doubt they will reject anyway:tinysmile_cry_t:

    Dear Sirs,


    I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver, whom i am under no statutory obligation to name, was a genuine customer of the stores (see attached copy of receipts) and was also not parked for the duration claimed as they had to drive around a very busy car park to find a space. In any event your charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.


    Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.
