Evening!
I did a quick Google and could see that quite a few people have had an issue with this car park - I am hoping someone might be able to reassure me/provide some advice.
I have recently returned from a holiday in Croyde and one evening my partner and I went for a meal at SQ in Braunton. A family member dropped us off at 17:37 and turned around in the car park. He then returned to pick us up at 19:20, again using the car park to turn around. He has now received a parking charge notice from Premier Park stating he is being charged a £50 fine for parking there for 1 hour 42 mins. They have included the photo of him arriving when he dropped us off and leaving when he picked us up!
We are going to appeal but are worried in case it gets rejected. Does anyone have any advice of what to write in the appeal?
