Bpa parking eye parking charge notice

Hello guys,

Hope you're all well.

I have received a parking eye PCN and I was about to send the normal first appeal where it is stated that the person who received the appeal was not the driver of the vehicle but I just read the back of the notice and noticed the protection of freedoms act. Should I be worried about this or shall I continue with this first appeal?

What is the driver accused of doing and have you complained to the hotel

Well I think you get 30 mins free and after that you have to log the car with the hotel/pay?*

I have not complained to the hotel is that what should be done first?
