Just received a notice to keeper as someone parked my car (with my permission!) at the University of Warwick. They had a permit but it appears to have been invalid for the car park they were in. The ANPR cameras clocked the car going in and out.
I went through the NtK carefully but it all appears to be valid. The signs seem to be quite clear though there is some confusion over which car parks were actually NOT to be used for the event in question.
The 'discount charge' period expires 2nd Jan so no-one at the University wll be able to help get it cancelled - that's if they actually do that.
Is this one of those situations where you pay up and treat it as a learning experience? I have had a good look through these and other forums but I don't feel I have much to go on.
