  • Parking Eye St Helens

I received a Parking Charge Notice from Parking Eye.

Apparently I have spent too long in the car park despite spending all my time in the Cinema.

They claim I only had 5hrs in the car park but I never knew and they want £100

Are the legitimate or just a scare tactics to get money.

    Help please

They are legitimate and they do go to court.

First though contact the cinema and complain, especially if their programme is close to or over 5 hours.

post up the redacted PCN, both sides, but leave dates
