This is the letter I intend to send. is it ok?
As the Registered keeper of this car, I am writing to challenge your recent letter dated of XXXXXXXX
You have failed to comply with the requirements of POFA on several points in paragraph 9 to hold me liable for the transgressions of the driver. I reject the Notice to Keeper as being defective via Protection of Freedoms Act Sch 4 s9(2)(b)
I do not have any liability, therefore do not expect to hear from you again. I expect confirmation that the matter will be dropped
I ask that my Data be removed from your database per s10 Data Protection Act 1998 and any further usage, including passing it to any third party, may lead to action via s13 DPA

You have failed to comply with the requirements of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 Schedule 4, namely, but not limited to, paragraph 9 (2) (f), to be able to hold the keeper liable for that actions of the driver at the time.
