I think a class action is a bit of a leap - Parking Eye didn't attend due to some cock up with listings ( allegedly) - it would be interesting to see the transcript of the ( one party) hearing and judgment, actually likely essential before recommending any class action. Have Parking Eye confirmed now they won't be applying to appeal ?
