The company that lease the car, have forwarded on to me the "Parking Charge Notice" (photo in one of the threads above). It is addressed to the company and no specific individual. The company have simply forwarded the email to me.

English can be so imprecise at times. To rephrase: the PCN was sent to the Lessor from Parking Eye, the Lessor forwarded the PCN to the lessee and that is the status so far. If this is correct then the lessee should wait for their own Notice to Hirer/keeper.

Is the lessee a company? (yes or no)?
