  • Starter Tenancy Agreement

My Starter Tenancy Agreement permitted parking but my housing have said that they sent out T&Cs revoking this, can they do this. I asked for a copy of my file and the one on file was the one containing my old tenancy without T&Cs. I now have a parking ticket and am being taken to court from a private parking company

      Hi lisamarie2711, welcome to LB.

Is there a live court claim?
If yes, when was the claim issue date & have you acknowledged it?

What (if anything) does the tenancy agreement say about parking or 'quiet enjoyment' of the premises?
What has happened to your original copy?

I have entered AoS to the claim. dated 11.07.17

I am not the tenant but a visitor. Her housing have an old tenancy agreement on file they said she was given T&Cs revoking the parking but she does not remember and when she asked for her tenancy to be printed it was the original one with a generic statement about parking ie. nothing about parking attendants. She has asked them to supply further information but they have not responded
