I'll have to check when I get home tonight but I'm sure they worded the first letter as Notice To Keeper, even though it was from DRP and gave me no time to appeal or no information other than Unauthorised parking

Surely MET cannot be at fault for sending NTK to the registered keepers address as recorded on the V5. The letter from DRP said they had sent one and received no reply so then they got DRP involved and they did a separate search to find my new address so surely this tactic wouldn't work???

Met tend to discontinue when someone fights back and it is going to be a lot of work so send that in anyway. It's worth a try.

OK, at least it stops them from getting a CCJ against me rather than just ignoring it. Do you think the letter I posted above would be ok?
