  • Gemini Parking

I visited Chase Farm Hospital to my sick daughter and unfortunately completely forgot to pay as I was rushing to take her things to the MH unit and pick up bags etc so was barely at the car park for very long but when I realised afterwards I had forgotten to pay for parking I returned the next day to pay more than I would have had to pay to cover this and tried to contact Gemini Parking but could not but I have text messages to prove that I paid for the usage of the car park the very next day and I did not use the car park during this time. I have appealed against fines of £200 which is really steep considering I was hardly there for any length of time and did settle up and pay. I have sent both appeals recorded delivery immediately on receipt and I suppose I need to give them time to respond - how long is reasonable and what would then be the procedure especially if they reject and expect the full £200 which is really high. I have proof that I paid for the parking the next day and tried to send a text message which I have on my mobile as proof of this.

Please could you advise on procedures.

    Regards
