Hey I was wondering if anyone could possibly help me before I go ahead a pay this huge fine!!!
Where I live UKPC were in charge of the parking causing lots of problems.. giving tickets when tickets had already been given etc. We have a permit for an underground space... However there have been many problems with the gates not working and other people parking in our space.
So we have been using the parking space out side our flats. We were issued many of tickets and was advised by neighbours just to ignore! UKPC are no longer in charge of parking here any more my dad ( registered keeper of the car) has received a letter from SCS demanding £1440.00 in 14 days.
Please can anyone advise where we should go from here?
