Hi,
I am currently trying to gain information about a voluntry termination. Motonovo are being quite evasive when I enquire about what guidelines they use to guage any costs from any damage to the car.
I currently have a 8 year old car, with one parking ding (very small and already on car when purchased 2 years ago) and also so kirbed alloys. I have tried to ask if this will be charged, but they will only tell me once they receive the car which isnt any good to me as I am doing this due to my financial circumstances changing and as a last option. I have tried to sell to we buy any car or looked at a private sale, but there is about £2000 negative equity so it is impossibly.
The car is well looked after, but there is bound to be some wear and tear to a 8 year old car.
I will need to pay £700 to get myself to the 50% marker so really cannot afford to have a bill come back for anything else.
Any advice would be grateful.
