An Idea to fight back private PCN's

Hi all,

I was wondering if we can get volunteering solicitors to represent people who get PCN's.

I guess if those car park companies get the same solicitor name(s) representing and appealing against lots of their tickets, things might change, they will see a seriousness in fighting back this scam.
