PCN: Entering & Stopping in a box junction

Hello- I am hoping to get some advice on the attached PCN I received for entering and stopping at a box junction. I wish to appeal and have requested to view the video of the contravention.

Is there anything I can look out for to make this PCN void? Should there be signs?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
