Soooo i recieved a parking eye notice throught the post and since recieved a few more now threatening court proceedings if i dont pay, what do i do?
I did over stay in the car park which is free for 2 hours apparently (i didnt see the sign that said 2 hours stay only) but in that car park there isnt any parking meters to pay if you do wish to stay longer, do i write to them and question parking meters or just ignore the letters as my mum is worried and keeps getting on at me to pay although i refuse to. Any help on what i should do would be appreciated

If you refuse to pay you could, no will, end up with a CCJ against you.

Have you received court papers from Northampton yet? If not you will need to contact parking eye

If you cannot differentiate your case from Beavis and it goes to court you'll lose. The PCN and signs are vital. Without sight of them it's a guessing game and my guess is that you're stuffed.
