I recieved a county court summons from CEL for £329.05 costs for parking at ibis hotel where I was a guest , that aside because I have never been in this situation I paid ( fearing my credit rating ) I have now seen my account and CEL have taken the money twice £329.05 out of my account plus a additional £62 from a company in Nottingham when I call the number is from Nottingham and it is just a payment line they have no email for complaints
Any advice please
In hindsight I should of come here first because the general opinion is don't pay them

So you get onto your bank and request that they charge back the additional sum and the £62.

Unfortunately the advice, though still don't pay, would be not to ignore.

Did you get the original court claim form and ignored it?

Have you complained vociferously to IBIS
