    Received parking charge notice

    Hello Sir,
    I received a parking charge notice for parking in EARL HAIG, HOUNSLOW for parking on 26.11.2016 from 20:51:03 to 21:39:51. The area was dark and was unlit. Most of the parking in Hounslow are free after 6:30 PM.

    So I thought it was also free and the signs was not visible as it was unlit. I have now received parking charge notice for 60 GBP from SMART PARKING. Please let me know if there is anyway I can appeal as the charge is very high. Since the parking charge is 1 GBP for 1 hr only.

    Any advice will be very much appreciated.
