  • Should I accept offer of small claims mediation or go to court

Excel parking in Stockport had a faulty machine which said out of order not in use. I have a witness who is my granddaughter. Excel are claiming that I should have known to use a machine in another car park.

Should I accept mediation service or go to court. I am worried that mediation would not include the witness who is my granddaughter.

    thank you Deirdre Webb

Yes, but it probably won't work so don't get your hopes up.
