Hi,
i wonder if if you can advise me, my son received a parking ticket for parking in a shopping centre where he works. He only received a ticket because he had uniform on. He usually parks in a staff designated spot but he had stock from another store he was dropping off and needed to park nearer the shop. His total stay was around 2 1/2 hours.
A number of of staff have had fines and ignored them and haven't heard anything more and so this is the approach he took. However, he received a letter from DRP demanding £120.
So, my question is, should he continue to ignore their demands ( he has until 9 August) to pay, or should he pay up?
ive read lots of different advice which is confusing. If it makes any difference we live in England.
Thanks in in advance for any advice.
