MET Parkign Fine Spalding Macdonalds

I have received a parking fine for overstaying at MacDonalds Spalding i arrived at 08:50am and left t 11.07am the free stay permitted was 90 mins but I got held up in the meeting at MacDonalds. I purchased food upon entry and a drink when leaving if this makes any difference.

They have are saying £100 but only £50 if i pay withing 14 days.

All advice welcome
