  • DRP attempting to collect parking 'charge' (what do I do?!!!)

Ok, so i borrowed my parents car to go shopping not long after Christmas, and i parked at an NCP car park in Glasgow. Upon leaving, as there was no barrier, I drove out of the car park forgetting to pay. Anyway since then my dad has received a couple of letters from NCP Limited, demanding a fine of £100. Now he has received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus (DRP) demanding roughly £150...

The question I am asking is.... Can I ignore these letters, or do I owe my dad £150?...

Ive uploaded the last letter my dad received

File and ignore all bar court papers, which are unlikely to turn up.

As this was in Scotland they can only chase the driver, and your parents won't be in a rush to tell them who that was, will they?
