UKPC Parking fine

Hi - can you help?
I received a parking fine from UKPC which I have disputed. The signage on the entrance to the parking was covered up for the weekend notices and was difficult to know if I should pay. However I appealed and have now received a letter stating signage was clear etc and I have to pay.
I dont agree with this at all and wondering if I should ignore the potential on coming letters Im due to receive if I ignore or should I pay the £60 fine.
Any experience would be greatly appreciated.

If there was no sign there was no contract and they cannot charge for breaching the non existent contract.

I don't quite understand why the signage was covered.

Did you get a ticket on the windscreen or was the first letter through the post?
