  • PCA notice from Parking Eye

Hi,guys,I am new one to this forum, and if there was not these penalty letters ,I probably, wouldn`t be here.
Today I came back from work and found to letters for parking fines-one for my wife`s car and another for mine.My wife went to Harold Wood walk in centre with our son who had high temperature at 18.36.They were refused to see the doctor because it was too late and there were few patients. In all those circumstances she forgot to type in the registration nr .Today we have received the PCN from Parking Eye stating that we have to pay the fine. Could you advise, please, what we can do about it?
And another letter for myself. On 25th of February I went to EuroCarParts in Barking,Essex and there was no space. When one car moved out I reversed in.After half an hour I came back and found the ticket for parking without permit on neighboring company`s parking space which was marked by signpost about a foot high.Because I reversed I could not see it.Because I was there first time I really did not know about it.I went to the Eurocarparts to speak with them. They said they could not do anything just advised to google about fines from private parking companies.Simply advised to ignore it.Now more then a month later I received a reminder with threatening to pass it to DEbt Recovery Agent. Now I don`t really know what to do.Could anyone help me with the advise?

    Thanks in advance
