I really need help,i am being taken back to court by parking eye this Thursday,long story short my wife took her disabled mother to the range and stayed 3 hours,2 week later a parking fine arrived,i contacted the range and was informed that if I had receipts all would be ok took my name and address,didnt hear a thing ,after a Cpl of months a letter from Northampton court informing me I was being taken to court for ignoring all 4 letters from parking eye?? and had to write defence and which court I wanted to attend,i did explaining I had rang the range and had never had another letter from them ,was offered mediation,parking eye claimed if I recived the first letter then in all probability I got the next three,i swear I didn't,i made a offer of £30 to stop it going to court,but they said it had now risen to £170,i refused to pay this ,we went to court in October ,after listening to both partys the judge pointed out I had receipts and a phone bill clearly showing I had rang the range,and asked parking eye to go and reconsider the case on humanity grounds it is a lady taking her disabled mother after all ,she also advised me to try and get some legal help,i have been to cab and even tried the university of Cheshire law ,wherever I turn I am being told it will cost me money to get anyone to come in court to help me?..thanks for reading.

well parking eye are claiming my wife broke there contract by staying longer than 2 hours,and also that I had 4 chances to reply and did not,but this is not true,they never sent any,my wife made a statement to the court saying it was her first time visitng the range with her disabled mother and never noticed the warning notices,in other letters they keep mentioning we had no right to park on the range and then go shopping elsewere ? this has never been in dispute she was in the range for the whole 3 hrs..receipts to prove this,what I don't understand is why are they continuing with this after the judge asked them to go and consider dropping the claim on humanitarian grounds,i personaly think they belive there solicitor is expected to tear me apart.i still belive I did all I could by ringing the range,if anything they misinformed me by saying all would be ok,,i have rang the range this evening to explain what is happening and they have apologised ,saying it must have been one of the young staff I spoke to because a senior member would have told me to take my receipts in for them to photocopy and forward to parking eye,please let me know if you need anymore
