  • MET parking services PCN McDonalds sittingbourne.

Ive received a £100 PCN from MET parking for overstaying in Mcdonalds by 17 minutes. PCN issued on 10/11/2015 but received about a week later. The 14 day reduced rate has now passed.
The notice has a picture of our works van and the charge is made out to our company name. We did use the Mcdonalds and have the receipt (was served 35 minutes after entering car park).
Where do I go from here as I know the rules are/have changed recently. Any help appreciated.

A company is clearly not the driver so we have no issues of anyone saying they were driving when we tell them keeper liability doesn't apply because they haven't met the legal requirements.

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs and was a genuine customer. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    Yours etc

If popla is need let me know.

    M1
