Well it cost me £30 and the permit holder £30, I felt sorry that he actually paid anything at all but myself only paying £30 was one of the factors in deciding to pay. The permit holder was interested in purchasing an old computer from me, I gave that to him as a gift so it worked out he made a little out of it.
