    Parking collection services limited

    Anybody heard of this Company? - My son been sent a PCN stating vehicle parkined in a no parking area, they have enclosed a photograph of the vehicle, on one ticket they have the wrong registration number.
    This Company is dissolved.
    I have appealed and they quote this case Parking Eye v Beavis...and suggesting i obtain professional legal advise.
    They send letters to my son who is the registered keeper of the vehicle and threatening him with legal action, how do they know it was him parked them and can take him to Court??
    Any advise would be appreciated on the next course of action.
