Hi guys n gals

knew to this so forgive me if i make a mess of it !

just checked with my credit reference agency as i noticed i had an issue, turns out parking eye have got a judgement against me for £200 ! the court say paper were sent out, as it turns out to my old address.

I was under the impression they could not enforce the fines ? or has that all changed ?

The court say I can contest, with the defence of the wrong address but it would cost me £150 and if i failed i would have cost and the fine. on the plus side If i won i could get it removed from my credit reference .

Any advice gratefully recieved

Sums it up.

A set aside must be done quickly, once you know about the ccj.
