ok so my ex partner is the registered keeper of my car, i drive it and overstayed in a free carpark by 29 mins, got a couple of letters from them and his advice was to ignore them, as i was quite strapped for cash i (stupidley) listened, then the letter before court arrived, so got in contact with them, they basically said that there was nothing else to do except to go to court, so then the court forms arrived, put in my defence and their defence got struck out so i thought that was it, but then the summons for my local court arrived and i just dont know what to do, weve got to go in next week!!!!!

hes being taken to court, but it was me driving and its my car, but its me whos been trying to sort out everything (and failing), were trying to get it so i can go to court in his place because h cant get the time off work, ive got so much paperwork, they've taken down a small forrest, it all makes no sense to me, not sure what is what!

the car park i went to does have signage, its not one i frequent so i missed all the signs, but they are there, i went back and checked. they sent me copies of the signs they have there if thats anygood???
