I have been on the phone to Lidl, they have quashed the ticket i recieved but they have also kindly advised me of the following:
if you contact Lidl and send in proof of your disabled badges you can register this and instead of an hour you get 3 hours
the lady was lovely when I spoke to her, and she is feeding back the complaints about Athena too, she was the head of parking.
