First Hello Legal Beagles,
i have a business contract with EE for my iPhone 6. I have been with them for years and 3 months ago I upgraded to an iPhone 6. In only 3 months it has bent! The screen has lifted and it now clicks! EE have put me onto Apple as they were unable to help.
Apple have said to take it into them and they will fix or replace it. Sounds great but getting to an Apple Store is a nightmare for us. 50 mile journey! And of course the parking charges and the cost of crossing a bridge! Are these costs not recoupable from Apple. It is not my fault that the phone is faulty.
who should be responsible for sorting this out - Apple as the manufacturer or EE has the provider from whom I purchased it?
your comments gratefully received!
