Keep everything and hang fire unless you get a letter before action or court papers.

The court of appeal are due, any day now, to publish their decision which will have a huge bearing on these tickets, one way or another.

Current court claims are for £175 currently so these fake debt collection charges as utter dross.

      Hi Marie,

Ann Robinson said to ignore it ? Blimey, she needs a kick up the bum then.

I received a letter from the court they then wanted 275 pound from me I still ignored it
Do you actually have a judgment against you ? ( did you get a letter form the court saying you needed to pay ?)

Could you check on your credit file or telephone the court with the claim number (if you still have those docs) and check what the status of the claim is pls.

Who are the debt collectors ?

Then you're pretty much screwed unless you didn't know about it and it appears you did.
