I have returned my Directions Questionnaire to the court and served a copy on DEAL as per requirements. My copy sent to DEAL has been signed for by someone by the name of REGUS. Regus is the name of the multinational company who provide office ( or more likely virtual office ) space to DEAL. ( www.regus.co.uk ) . So presuming there isn't anyone by the name of Regus my document has been PO signed for by a virtual person in a virtual office, so basically I have no proof that my document has actually got to DEAL. It would have been nice if Mr Ohana ( Director of DEAL ) had signed for it but as we know he is virtually 1000 miles away in Ukraine..
Has anyone else come across this situation or has any advise as to whether the court should be informed that the Directions Questionnaire may or may not have reached DEAL.
Thanks
