    Upon a defence being entered the claim reaches an allocation stage and will be allocated to your local court.

    As said above you do not pay a fee to enter a defence on your side of Hadrians wall !

    There should always be a contact address on the claim form such as http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...t-action/page2 (you can see where but the user blanked the actual details out.

      It's the exact same claim form as the one 'delbook' has posted. The service date, claim amount & even the solicitor name. The full solicitors details however have been blanked in my original claim form. So overall I am in the same boat as delbrook from the thread given above by M1.

        Hi M1. I will post a copy of the claim form later on tonight. The other documents are just the court guidance notes & N9 (AOS), N9A form (admission) & N9B (defence). I think another member had posted these already. I will also add a photo of the signage in the car park & the car park itself. I guess the amount of time overstayed or the time & day (eg Sunday's) do not add much weight to a defence?In my case it was just 15 mins & it was a Sunday evening!!
