Parking Eye charge - Waitrose Stirling

Hi everyone.

My son has just received a parking charge from Parking Eye at Waitrose in Stirling. He was 52 minutes over the 3 hour limit, and has been charged £48.

Is there anything he can do, apart from pay it ?

File it in a drawer somewhere and forget about it. There is no keeper liability up here so to sue they need to know the drivers details. How they'd get that from ANPR is a mystery to me
