Hello everyone
I am new to this forum and would really appreciate help with how to appeal this PCN.
The offence: got into time restricted zone. It happened on 15/11/2025 but the PCN (CCTV) has just arrived today -14/12/2024 aka 29 days post the date of notice. Now I cannot appeal or pay? What can I do? From the post I have read the PCN should have arrived within 14days of notice, right?
Can someone please help me: can I still appeal? What should I do now? Can someone help with a template of how to appeal, Please?
