Hello. I'm new here and looking for some advice


This morning I have received a PCN, while I was dropping off my child. I have explained him that I am about to move, but he still gave me the PCN.

I parked on the kerb, there wasn't any parking bays.. Is there any chance to win this appeal, and when SHOULD I appeal?
