MET - Waiting in a blue box

Good afternoon,

Do i stand a chance appealing against this PCN. We where waiting in a disabled bay for food, we didn't leave the car nor was the ignition turned off.
One of my passengers does have a blue badge however we didn't display it because we was only waiting. If anyone needed the bay, we'd have moved, even though the car park was practically empty.

I haven't responded yet.
