Excel Parking PCN - NTD and NTK

Hi all

I would be very grateful for some assistance please? I posted under IPC but I'm not sure many people read that, so I have re-posted here - hope that is OK.

The Registered Keeper (RK) received the above Notice to Keeper (NTK), following a Notice to Driver left on screen.
The NTK doesn't make reference to POFA - but refers to similar things it expects RK to comply with?
Is this a failure please?

Yes, I made note of that in my post - thank you. I re-posted because I wasn't sure that the other forum was well-viewed by people. I was wondering if there were any other POFA fails I could refer to as I have now also posted the NTD too. Many thanks, again.
