Highview Parking help needed please

Hi

I have Received a Parking charge reminder today asking for £85 from Highview. They said the first letter was sent to me on 20/02/23 which gave me 14 days to pay a reduced amount, I have NOT received the first letter.

On 11/02/23 I overstayed by 35 mins in Borehamwood retail park , parked after 6.30pm and didn't realise there was a 3 hour limit

Where do I go from here, it's free to park in this carpark at all times just has a 3 hour limit, have tried to contact them by phone but no answer just tells you to email, what should my next step be please?

Also the date of issue is 09/03/23 does this have any relevance?

Their next step is probably to pass it to a debt collector & you may well be bombarded with letters claiming you now owe £155, or something like that.
You can safely file & ignore those.
If it were me I'd SAR Highview for all the data held by them re this matter.
