  • PCN from months ago via lease company

Hi, ive been warned by my lease company that they have received a PCN for a charge from August. They have written to them with my contact details so I'm awaiting the PCN to be sent to me.

However with it being well over 14 days (and I've confirmed with my lease company that they sent the email on the day they received the charge) is this grounds for appeal?

The letter has now been received however the letter does not state that it is a notice of hirer and neither does it have the supporting documents as prescribed by paragraph 14(2)a.

Is it best to wait until after the 21 days has passed to avoid them then sending the documents?
