Court Papers but Notice To Keeper issued late

I have received a claim form for parking ticket but the Notice to Keeper was issued late. I have completed the AOS and I need to formulate my email to CCBCAQ. Does anyone have a template letter that can be used in this case?

What do you mean, you need to formulate and email to CCBCAQ ?

No template as every case is different. Do they know the identity of the driver? Look around on here and Pepipoo forum for defences

I have acknowledged the claim on MCOL but was advised elsewhere that I should write my defence to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk and . My NTK is out of date for keeper liability but I'm not sure how to formulate that as a defence in written format to defend the claim

So you reference the requirements of POFA that require the claimant to issue the NTK so that it is received within 14 days. 9 (5). As they have not met this condition then they cannot claim keeper liability.

There are bound to be other POFA fails.

Has the driver been identified, yes or no?

It's not a letter to CCBCAQ that is required but a properly formatted and signed defence.
