I've just received a PCN and any advice would be much appreciated as I'm not sure where to go from here.
Basically I've received a PCN today, for a private car park and the notice is from parking eye. I wasn't the driver, however I am the registered keeper. The driver has explained to me he visited the car park, left and went back to go through a McDonald's drive thru. However the PCN just displays a photo of the reg only and they think the driver over stayed by 30 mins and that you can pay at the car park for extra time stayed, dispute the car park having zero machines and I have never seen signs there myself stating you have to pay after 90 minutes.
I have appealed on the grounds I wasn't the driver, what would be my next action? As I assume if I don't name the driver they will persue myself. Am I best naming the driver and them appealing it, or do I ignore them now I've told them I'm not the driver?
Many thanks
