    Pcn/ntk / euro parking services

    Hello,

    The driver of the vehicle mentioned in the attached picture was attending a wedding on a Sunday after 17:00. The driver spoke with the parking enforcer end was assured a ticket won't be issued to the driver for the remaining of the day but today he received this PCN, can't trust these persons. Is there any way I could appeal to this PCN? Thank you!

    Could you post it with sufficient definition so that it can be read clearly. Photos of the signs would help/
