Today I have received a PCN from smart parking which has supposedly occurred on 12/02/22. PCN dated 25/02/21 (13 days after supposed offense) and it was received on 28/02/22 (16 days after the alleged offense). The PCN claims the vehicle was parked for 15 minutes and 15 seconds. I am the registered keeper, however, I was not driving the car (the PCN is addressed to myself)....
Although the parking states 15 mins the driver did not leave the vehicle and only pulled into the car park to take an important phone call!
There are many reviews on this car park stating the same, including people receiving fines after leaving the car park due to not being able to find a space after the 10 min cut-off!
what is the best way to deal/fight with this?
any advice would be much appreciated!
