PCN Smart Parking

Hi all,

I have read through various forums regarding PCNs and Section 9(4) of The Protection of Freedoms Act. Just wanted to check that this is info is still all the same. I received a PCN from Smart Parking yesterday regarding an incident on 28th Dec, which I believe doesn’t comply with the above Act.

Any advice would be most appreciated.
