Smart Parking Appeal

Hi all, I received a PCN from Smart Parking and have submitted an appeal due to the notice failing to comply with Schedule 4 of The Protection Of Freedoms Act 2012.
Specifically noting I did not receive the PCN until 15 days after the alleged incident, they failed to identify the driver and failed to specify how long I had parked (they only showed photos of the car driving into and out of the site).

What is their standard time for responding to appeals? Also, I appealed online and did not receive any notification that I had done so with a reference number etc - is this normal?
Finally, what remit do smart Parking have in Northern Ireland?

Shame you responded as POFA does not apply in NI and there is no keeper liability, I hope you did not identify the driver in your appeal as you did in your post.

Hi Ostell, I was no aware of POFA not being applicable in NI!

I actually used one of your template responses I found in other posts so did not identify the driver.

Can you offer any advice here?
