Hi all.
An update on this matter and seeking advice for further action.
After sending SAR to MET they replied to me with a bunch of photos of the vehicle as well as reminders they were sending.
Following that, and in reply to the CPR 31.14 Request, CST Law replied with the attached letter (pretty much saying that they understand that their client MET Parking Services provided all the required evidence, which therefore shows liability and that payment should now be made promptly... etc etc.
As mentioned above there were 3 LBCs from CST Law but I think I only replied to one. Funnily enough they replied to one of the other ones with the second attached letter.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
